Job Title:
Mobile HVAC Service Technician Location:
Fort Lauderdale, Florida (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled mobile facility services professional to support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across multiple commercial properties within an assigned territory. We are representing an opportunity that offers variety, independence, and the chance to contribute to reliable building operations while delivering strong client service.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems. Complete assigned work orders using CMMS technology while managing priorities across multiple client locations. Conduct facility inspections, support due diligence assessments, and identify opportunities for energy savings and system optimization.
Required:
High school diploma or GED is required; technical training or trade school degree is preferred. Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Universal EPA/CFC certification is required. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record is required, along with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in a range of environmental conditions.
