Climate Design Services is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installer with 6+ years of proven installation experience to support projects throughout Pinellas County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
Lead the installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s) Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Installers!
Qualifications:
6+ years previous HVAC installation experience (required) Experience as a lead installer (required) Freon certifications Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration and gas piping, system start up, and operating procedures Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate determined by experience level
