Job Description

Position Description:
AmeriServe is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician with NATE Certification and at least 10 years of commercial experience. This role focuses on servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex commercial HVAC systems in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Service and repair commercial HVAC systems including: Rooftop units (RTUs) Chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems VAV/VRF systems Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) Perform preventative maintenance for commercial accounts Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls issues Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Ensure compliance with safety codes and company standards Communicate with facility managers and clients professionally Complete detailed service documentation Requirements NATE Certification (Required) Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills BAS/BMS experience (preferred) Valid driver's license with clean record Ability to work independently in field environments Compensation & Benefits $35-$45/hour based on experience Overtime and steady year-round work Company vehicle, tools, and uniform Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & holidays 401(k) options Career advancement opportunities Why AmeriServe?
