Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems across diverse property types. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system reliability. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of mechanical systems, including refrigeration, boilers, and ventilation units, while providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, and related mechanical equipment. Read and interpret HVAC schematics and design plans to ensure proper system setup and repairs. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe repairs and refrigerant line installations. Repair appliances and refrigeration units, including ammonia refrigeration systems for specialized applications. Use welding techniques to repair or modify equipment components when necessary. Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and inspection reports for all performed tasks. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a strong background in construction and property maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems with mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting complex issues. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design principles. Experience with plumbing systems related to HVAC units Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and field service equipment confidently..
