Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Experienced HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and efficiency in their properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results on every project. Duties Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units, and related mechanical equipment according to schematics and design specifications Conduct system troubleshooting and perform repairs on HVAC/R equipment using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation and maintenance Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and property infrastructure to ensure optimal operation Diagnose issues related to refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration systems, and mechanical components; implement effective repair solutions Operate a variety of field service tools and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance for each project or service call Requirements Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or as a service technician with a strong mechanical background Knowledge of HVAC/R systems including refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration, boilers, air conditioning units, and plumbing systems Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with electrical wiring and component troubleshooting Mechanical knowledge of equipment repair procedures; experience with welding and boiler maintenance is a plus Hands-on experience with appliance repair, property maintenance tasks, and general field service operations Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate driver vehicles or similar is required Familiarity with the use of ohmmeters, welding tools, and other diagnostic equipment necessary for repairs Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to work effectively in team environments Join us if you're ready to bring your technical expertise into a role that challenges you daily while making a tangible difference in clients' comfort.
