Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing maintenance and diagnosing HVAC systems in residential settings, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and providing expert recommendations to optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough maintenance calls on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Diagnose issues with HVAC systems, identifying root causes of malfunctions and inefficiencies through comprehensive troubleshooting. Provide clear, professional recommendations to customers for improving or repairing their HVAC systems, ensuring solutions align with their needs. Perform repairs on heating and cooling systems, addressing electrical, mechanical, and other components with precision and care. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnoses and recommended solutions in a clear and professional manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance visits, diagnostic findings, and completed repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service calls. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a residential setting preffered. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostic techniques, and repair processes. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
