Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, service and repair HVAC systems and equipment at commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshooting HVAC equipment related to electrical and controls issues.
  • Perform regular scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems at commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with other technicians and our subcontractors on larger projects
  • Keep accurate records of work performed
Skills:
  • Knowledge of refrigeration principles and systems
  • Knowledge of electrical principles with the ability to troubleshoot
  • Mechanical aptitude for repairing and maintaining Commercial HVAC equipment
  • Experience with ammonia refrigeration is a plus (
  • TOP
PAY FOR NH3 EXPERIENCE
  • )•Familiarity with Commercial HVAC system design, installation and operation.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle emergency repairs
  • Customer service and communication skills Driver's License if operating company vehicle Employer conducts screenings.
