Job Description
One Way Air is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer & Helper to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing installs of new straight cool and heat pump systems, installs of mini splits, installs of flexible duct work, new construction rough & trims, blown in insulation, duct cleaning and all other installer work. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and communication. We rotate weekend on calls for installs and typical installer work. This position will be partnered with a helper and take home box truck.
Responsibilities:
Install new heating and cooling systems including duct work, air purification systems, and whole home insulation Take care of inventory and assigned work vehicle.Benefits:
