The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. Ability to work with customers in their home Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions. Design and implement efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Perform welding tasks as necessary for system installations or repairs. Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations. Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the mechanical field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems. Proficiency in air conditioning design and refrigeration principles. Familiarity with welding techniques and plumbing practices is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
