Mechanical / HVAC Insulation Foreman

HVAC Mechanical Insulation Working Foreman COR3 Mechanical is looking for a true working foreman with demonstrated experience leading crews, reading plans, performing material takeoffs, and installing clean commercial HVAC/mechanical insulation work. We are building our mechanical insulation team and need an experienced person who can take ownership in the field, work with the crew, and help grow this division. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside the insulation crew daily. Install duct, pipe, equipment, and mechanical room insulation. Read mechanical plans, specs, and submittals. Perform field material takeoffs when needed. Layout work, plan manpower, and track materials. Keep work clean, correct, safe, and on schedule. Coordinate with COR3 project managers, superintendents, and other trades. Train and guide newer team members. What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience as a working foreman, lead mechanic, or crew lead. 5+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical insulation experience. Ability to read mechanical drawings, specs, and submittals. Ability to perform material takeoffs when needed. Strong knowledge of duct wrap, pipe insulation, fittings, vapor barrier, mastics, PVC jacketing, and metal jacketing. Must be dependable, hands-on, organized, and able to lead by example. Valid driver's license preferred. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
