Year-Round Work Pay:

$25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience Lead HVAC Duct Projects with a Quality-Focused Team We are seeking an experienced HVAC Ductwork Lead Installer to lead crews and perform HVAC duct installation and service work. This position is ideal for a skilled duct professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and is ready to take ownership of projects in the field. You'll work hands-on with your crew while helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans, specifications, and schedule. You'll read blueprints, plan layouts, fabricate and install sheet metal and flex duct, complete sealing and insulation, troubleshoot airflow issues, and verify the quality of completed work. You'll also help maintain jobsite safety, document project progress, communicate with supervisors, and coordinate installation work with other trades.
