Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Supervisor and lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across diverse commercial and residential settings. This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee skilled technicians, ensure top-tier service delivery, and uphold safety standards while driving operational excellence. As a vital leader in our organization, you will coordinate projects, troubleshoot complex systems, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Bilingual English and Spanish (Required) Supervise and coordinate HVAC service technicians in daily operations, ensuring efficient completion of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Review schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately install or troubleshoot HVAC systems and mechanical equipment. Conduct electrical diagnostics and equipment troubleshooting to identify issues with HVAC/R systems, boilers, refrigeration units, electrical systems, and building automation systems. Oversee HVAC system repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Lead HVAC system installation projects from planning through execution, including ductwork, piping, electrical connections, and control systems. Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, inspections, repairs, and system performance for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical information clearly and professionally to clients while addressing their needs promptly. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance. Service technician experience with hands-on work involving HVAC/R equipment troubleshooting and mechanical systems repair. Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and building automation system diagrams. Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing, refrigeration, boiler operation, electrical diagnostics, and appliance repair. Skilled in using hand tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and other diagnostic equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle if required. EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in HVAC design or electrical systems are advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients.
