Payrate:

$60,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience) Responsibilities Provide HVAC troubleshooting support via phone and ticketing systems Analyze wiring diagrams, refrigeration circuits, and system performance Interpret voltage, amperage, and pressure readings to diagnose issues Identify root causes related to installation, operation, or component failure Document technical findings and maintain structured case records Request and review supporting materials such as photos, videos, and installation data Guide contractors and technicians toward effective corrective solutions Provide installation and operational recommendations when needed Support technical education initiatives for clients when applicable Escalate confirmed failures to internal departments when necessary Identify recurring product issues and quality trends Collaborate with internal teams such as the warehouse and purchasing Requirements Minimum 3+ years of HVAC technical experience Strong understanding of split systems and heat pump operations Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Understanding of Inverter Technology or a strong electrical background .
