Requirements:
Responsibilities Locate and diagnose maintenance problems on equipment Conduct warranty services and perform emergency repairs quickly Install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes Complete HVAC repairs and replacements to Florida HVAC code standards Estimate labor and material costs for jobs Represent the company as a professional and industry leader Provide 5-star customer service Track and stay accountable to performance metrics, with a willingness to try new approaches to improve Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures Maintain an organized, clean vehicle and work site What We're Looking For HVAC service experience required Clean and safe driving record Honest and ethical Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and a genuine drive to keep improving Good personal hygiene Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Considerable physical activity, including walking and standing for lengthy periods of time Lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces, and reaching/grasping Roughly equal time spent indoors and outdoors, with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for one or more hours at a time Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds is an equal opportunity employer.
