Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Commercial Sheet Metal Meachanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal components. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive efficient, reliable climate control solutions while supporting the overall success of our projects. This position offers steady hours and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive company culture. Responsibilities Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Work with and coordinate with other sub-contractors. Read blueprints, produce material and material take-offs. Provide management with estimated labor hours for specific projects. Install materials and equipment per plans and specifications. Interpret equipment submittals and manufacturer's installation manuals. Ensure projects are installed properly, successfully pass all required inspections and are completed within proper time frame. Ensure all projects are completed within proper the time frame. Ensure company vehicle and tools are properly maintained. Mentor and coach helpers. Qualifications Driver's license with clean record Ability to pass background and drug screening check 5+ years HVAC Installer experience Positive attitude, professional appearance and exceptional people skills Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a difference! Up to $70,000.00 per year
