Days:
Varies - Weekends included Responsibilities Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment. May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines. May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Why BayCare? Refrigeration Certification Experience Required:
5 years as
HVAC/R Service Related Technician Required:
2 years
Building Automaton System Preferred :
3 years maintenance in hospital-related field
