Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, , and field service operations. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings. Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions related to heating, cooling, refrigerating, and ventilation. Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations for improvements. Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used during each job. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R. Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and appliance repair techniques. Familiarity with tools used in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including welding equipment.and duckwork. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
