The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing service calls, troubleshooting HVAC equipment, providing accurate diagnoses, up sale equipment upgrades and improvements and conducting preventative maintenance for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond to scheduled HVAC service calls. Diagnose and repair air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Inspect systems and identify potential issues before failures occur. Communicate repair recommendations and findings to customers. Provide service reports, photos and documentation accurately. Follow company safety procedures and industry standards. Show professionalism and responsibility.
Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems. EPA Certification preferred. Health and Wellness knowledge and lifestyle preferred Have own transportation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Work as an independent contractor (1099) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills.
