- Make necessary repairs/replacement to any part/component of an HVAC system or any component affiliated to operate the HVAC system.
- Abide by all safety guidelines set forth by Guardian .
- Provide excellent customer service with an in-depth knowledge of HVAC products and services available. Always Provide 5 Star performance and above.
- Ability to offer products and services with a professional overall demeanor. Tech should have knowledge of repair versus replacement and be able to give customers there options.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding appearance and uniform.
