Shifts Wednesday through Sunday (off Monday & Tuesday) ( Noon - 10:00 PM Saturday through Wednesday (off Thursday & Friday) Evening Weekend Availability Required Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, indoor comfort, energy efficiency, and related issues. Clearly present repair options, service agreements, and estimates to customers in a polite and respectful manner. Perform approved repairs efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and collect payment. Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service to ensure complete satisfaction. At Anthony's, we hire technicians for their technical expertise and customer service skills—not sales skills—because here, "You don't need new until we say you do!" What You Need to Join the Family Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician. Proficiency in diagnosing systems, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual is a plus). Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Familiarity with using iPads in the field. Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required).
