Commercial HVAC/R Technician/Installer

Precision Building & Mechanical is a company specializing in Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration since 2014. The states we currently support are Florida, Georgia, Alabama & South Carolina, with plans to expand across the rest of the country. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to provide our customers with 5-star service! We are looking to expand and hire experienced HVAC/R Technicians to work with our team. The right individual will know how to identify environmental factors that affect comfort (e.g., indoor pollution, humidity) and will therefore ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems. An ideal candidate must be skilled in HVAC/R and must be able to work well in a team setting.

• This job is open to multiple locations from Atlanta, Marietta, Gwinnett to Athens!
• Responsibilities of the HVAC/R Technician
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems.
• Repair heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain equipment records.
• Install, align, and balance mechanical systems.
• Solve complex problems.
• Know the basic electronics of the cooling system.
• Know the basic electronics of the heating system. Qualifications of the HVAC/R Technician
• Minimum of 8 years HVAC/R experience required.
• Valid Driver's License with Clean driving record required.
• EPA Type II Certification required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Basic computer & Cell phone skills.
