Job Description

Seeking a Part-Time HVAC Instructor for a new training center specializing in EPA 608 Certification and workforce readiness training. Job Description Candidate chosen will follow a curated curriculum of lessons, and hand on workshops throughout a 26-week course. Instructing new students on the industry methods, standards, and expectations - as well as assisting in developing practical skills for servicing, maintaining, and diagnosing HVAC systems (Residential, Commercial). Schedule Monday-Thursday 6PM-9PM Compensation (Non-Negotiable) $33/

Estimated Weekly Earnings :
$400 Paid Weekly Looking For The ideal candidate will be/have: Experienced in HVAC Industry (Residential / Commercial) (5 Years Minimum) Experience training apprentices, mentoring new technicians, or teaching in a classroom, workshop, or professional setting. This role is particularly well-suited for experienced or retired HVAC professionals who enjoy mentoring others and helping prepare the next generation of technicians for success in the field.
Please note:
This position requires consistent attendance and reliability. Students depend on instructors being present and on time for every scheduled class. Candidates with existing HVAC businesses or full-time industry commitments are welcome to apply, provided they can fully commit to the instructional schedule throughout the program.
Pay:
