Job Description
Amen Air is seeking skilled quality HVAC Service technicians, with good work ethics, and moral character to join our team. If you are a HVAC Installer with at least 3 years of service experience, looking for a good solid place to work then please apply. Position Summary The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, replacement, and startup of residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local codes. Key Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork Replace existing systems with minimal disruption to customers Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions Perform system start-ups and ensure proper operation Test systems for performance, airflow, and refrigerant levels Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Communicate with customers regarding installation process and system usage Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on schedule Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred) EPA Certification (required for handling refrigerants) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Work Hours Mon- Friday 8AM-5PM (WE
ARE NOT A 24HOUR SERVICE COMPANY
) Alternating Weekend on call service (will be required Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm)Benefits:
