This position is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who is confident working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has extensive experience installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. The right candidate will have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing reliable, professional service to our customers. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications, plans, and applicable codes. Perform complete system replacements and new HVAC installations. Install and connect air handlers, condensers, ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, thermostats, and related components. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform repairs as needed. Perform routine maintenance and service on heating and cooling equipment when necessary. Ensure all installations meet company standards as well as local codes and regulations. Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being performed and any issues identified. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Properly care for company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles. Work effectively with other installers, technicians, and team members. Requirements Minimum 6 years of HVAC experience required. Proven experience performing HVAC installations and system replacements. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and industry best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and perform HVAC repairs when needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and understand installation instructions, specifications, and schematics. Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation work. Background check will be completed for candidates being considered for employment. Company Vehicle A company work vehicle will be provided and may be taken home, subject to company policies. Compensation and employment terms may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
