Rockledge, FL 32955 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Rockledge, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment. Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly. Maintain accurate service records and complete necessary paperwork. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times. Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC preferred. Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments. Work Environment This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The technician may be required to work in confined spaces, at heights, and handle heavy equipment. Safety gear and proper training will be provided.
