Full-time | St. Augustine, FL | Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units. Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably. Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components as needed. Test electrical circuits and components to verify proper operation. Provide clear and professional explanations of issues, solutions, and maintenance tips to customers. Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time spent. Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards during installations and repairs. Respond to emergency service calls as needed.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience highly preferred. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus. Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
