HVAC Preventive Maintenance Technician - $1500 Sign-On Bonus

Overview:

Total Air is seeking a full-time HVAC Preventive Maintenance Technician responsible for providing maintenance on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

What You'll Do:

Document age and type of system components, services completed, and invoice costs Debrief with dispatch after each maintenance call Use floor savers when working in client homes Inspect and ensure cleanliness post-job Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company's vehicles Uphold a professional image by: Wearing approved company attire Following safety policies and procedures Abiding performance standards and code of ethics Being courteous to customers and associates Respecting customer property

What You'll Bring:

Solid communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs Ability to work in confined spaces and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl Working at
