Requirements:

Expertise :

5+ years in commercial and industrial HVAC systems—manufacturing plants, hospitals, offices, churches, schools, etc.—with a focus on troubleshooting.

Certifications :

EPA Type 2 certification is essential; Universal Certification and OSHA 10 are highly preferred.

Technical Skills :

Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing chillers, cooling towers, and RTUs of 20+ tons is a must.

Adaptability :

A team player open to learning and adapting, with a solid foundation but eager to expand their expertise.

Background :

Must have a stable work history and previous experience in a senior-level technician role with a strong focus on Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R service and troubleshooting.
