- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, drainage, controls, and comfort issues
- Service air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, package units, ductless systems, thermostats, and zoning systems
- Identify root causes of HVAC problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Clearly explain system issues and repair options to customers
- Identify legitimate replacement opportunities and coordinate with the sales team
- Accurately document work, system conditions, repairs, and photos using company software
- Participate in scheduled on-call or after-hours service rotation as needed What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong hands-on diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigerant, airflow, controls, and mechanical systems
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, closets, and outdoor Florida conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull HVAC equipment and materials Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000-$110,000+ per year based on experience and performance
- Flat-rate minimum per job
- 10% sales performance pay
- 10% job completion performance pay
- 5% commission on system and ductwork replacements
