Job Description

Maintenance Technician-AC experience required Spring Hill, FL 34606 $22.95 - $27.59 an hour - Full-time $22.95 - $27.59 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled, reliable Maintenance Technician with AC Certifications. Candidate will work at two locations in Spring Hill FL. Properties are both 55 plus communities. Applicant will be responsible for general repairs, respond to tenant work requests, preparing vacant units for occupancy, and preform preventative maintenance. Applicant will be responsible for on call emergencies on a scheduled rotation. Candidate must have a valid drivers license and able to pass a drug and background check. Experience Hands-on AC experience including troubleshooting and repair required must have HVAC_EPA Certification. Experience required in general repairs in Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing. Must be able to preform painting projects for unit turnovers. Knowledge of flooring repairs and installation is a plus.
General Property Maintenance Pay:
$22.95 - $27.59 per hour
