HVAC Lead Installer - Piece Rate - Starts at 700 and up !!!

True Blue Air & Services is growing and looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. We're seeking a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and understands that customer satisfaction and teamwork are just as important as technical skill. What You'll Do:

Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations Install split systems, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and RTUs Fabricate and install ductwork as needed Train and mentor install helpers and junior technicians Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements Complete installation paperwork, startup sheets, and photo documentation Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Serious Growth Potential Qualifications:

5+ years HVAC installation experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Ability to read plans and installation drawings EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and startup experience preferred Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in Florida's outdoor conditions Positive attitude and team-first mentality
