Job Description We are seeking a high-performing HVAC Installation Manager to direct, coordinate, and elevate our retail, commercial, and retrofit installation departments. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC trade. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company auto insurance guidelines to operate a company vehicle. Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must successfully complete a standard background check and drug screening.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the HVAC industry. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
Responsibilities Departmental Leadership:
Direct and coordinate all daily operations for retail, commercial, and retrofit HVAC equipment installations.
Workflow Optimization:
Manage scheduling, equipment/material verification, installation timelines, and billing to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct on-site job reviews and interface directly with customers to evaluate installation quality and ensure complete satisfaction.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze operational and financial reports to identify performance gaps and implement strategic adjustments to meet targets.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a safe workplace culture by strictly enforcing all safety protocols, company policies, and labor procedures.
Issue Resolution:
Promptly address and resolve customer complaints or equipment issues to protect the company's reputation for excellence.
