Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in commercial property management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

West Palm Beach, FL Pay Range:
$30 to $35 per hour What's the Job? Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems Complete work orders efficiently using CMMS technology with minimal supervision Conduct facility inspections and assessments, reporting conditions affecting client operations Travel to multiple client locations within the assigned territory using a company vehicle and manage work priorities independently What's Needed? High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school preferred Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Universal EPA/CFC certification (required) Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions What's in it for me?
