We offer this vital role $15- $25/hr, plus commission. We provide you with the flexibility to earn performance commissions through both sales and installation, or you can choose to focus solely on sales commissions. QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of HVAC service experience 2+ year of sales experience Driver's license and clean driving record Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Do you enjoy communicating with office staff and homeowners alike? Can you explain technical information in layman's terms? Are you organized and able to manage your time?
