Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare rough-ins on new air conditioning and heating systems in residential new construction homes.

Requirements:

Must have standard tools Be okay to work outside on a construction site Must have a valid Florida Driver's License Must pass a background check EPA Certification Mechanically Inclined Hard-worker Good problem solver Must have good communication skills, be professional and dependable Duties include but are not limited to: Run copper and route PVC drain lines Braze and solder various metals to connect piping Duct work repairs if air flow problems arise Install mixing boxes, trunk lines, return air boxes and drops Read a duct & ventilation plan Miscellaneous HVAC tasks
