What You'll Do Every day is different. You'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and occasionally replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing an exceptional customer experience.
You'll:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systemsPerform preventative maintenanceInstall replacement equipment when neededService residential and light commercial systemsEducate customers on repair and replacement options (without being a pushy salesperson)Keep your truck organized and stockedComplete digital invoices and paperworkParticipate in ongoing trainingMentor apprentices and help grow the next generation of technicians What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in doing things the right way.You should have:
4+ years of HVAC service experienceEPA Type II or Universal CertificationStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsExcellent customer service and communicationExperience with:Air ConditionersHeat PumpsFurnacesAir HandlersDuct SystemsThermostatsElectrical DiagnosticsAbility to work independentlyValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background and drug screening Equipment You'll Work On Residential HVAC SystemsLight Commercial SystemsDuctless Mini-SplitsMulti-Zone SystemsCommercial VRF Systems The Kind of Technician Who Thrives Here You solve problems instead of creating them.
