Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and related equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control system issues. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and office staff. Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in on-call rotation as required. Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and HVAC controls. EPA Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills.
