HVAC Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves working on various HVAC equipment, performing installations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions in both residential and commercial settings. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot system issues. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems before they escalate. Perform field service work, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and regulations. Work with ammonia refrigeration systems when required, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and maintenance requirements. Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform appliance repairs as needed. Familiarity with HVAC design principles and the ability to build custom solutions for clients. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
