The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in service technician roles. This position involves working on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks while adhering to safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, Furnces Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter. Conduct field service calls to address customer concerns regarding HVAC performance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of property maintenance or appliance repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Experience in plumbing or welding is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. Must provide clean Driving Record and Background. Knowledge of HVAC/R principles and practices is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
