We're looking for a skilled, dependable technician who knows how to diagnose issues, make solid repairs, and take care of customers the right way. If you want steady work, support in the field, and room to grow, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and system performance checks Communicate clearly with homeowners and business customers Document service work accurately and on time Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or light commercial) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Stable workload with a respected local company Why Energy Savers?
