If you've been a senior or lead technician and are ready for more ownership and responsibility, this is your next move. You'll oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, lead a team, and be the go-to person for keeping our property running at a high standard. What You'll Do Oversee all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring efficiency and resident satisfaction Lead, mentor, and support maintenance staff including technicians and porters (where applicable) Assign, prioritize, and follow up on service requests and work orders Ensure quality and timely unit turns to meet occupancy goals Perform and oversee complex repairs with a strong emphasis on HVAC systems Manage vendor relationships (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Maintain inventory, supplies, and awareness of maintenance budget Ensure ongoing property safety, code compliance, and documentation standards Participate in the on-call rotation What We're Looking For 4-7+ years of maintenance experience, multifamily preferred Prior leadership experience as a Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills—EPA 608 Certification preferred Proficient across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry Experience with work order management systems (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar) Organized, responsive, and capable of managing both people and workload simultaneously Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $30.00 per hour , commensurate with experience Employee rent discount Health benefits Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and sick leave Career growth opportunities, including potential advancement to Regional Maintenance or multi-site oversight Why Join Us Established team —you're walking into a structured operation, not starting from scratch Real autonomy — a true leadership role with the authority to run your department Stable, well-managed property — ownership that values consistency and clear expectations Management support —you won't be left to figure things out alone Room to grow —we're an expanding property management company with a track record of promoting from within How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your multifamily maintenance leadership experience to: We look forward to hearing from you.
