Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems May cut, build and install ductwork and/or furnaces, as needed Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintains a clean and safe work environment Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s) Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Install Helpers!

Qualifications:

3+ years previous HVAC installation experience Freon certifications Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration and gas piping, system start up, and operating procedures Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong customer service and customer interaction skills on job sites Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or mentoring capacity is a plus Previous experience installing in commercial settings is also a plus
