The Role You'll primarily diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, with occasional light commercial work.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling equipment Performing maintenance and system inspections Communicating findings and recommendations to customers Delivering outstanding customer service on every call Maintaining accurate service records Following company safety procedures Representing the company professionally in customers' homes and businesses

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of HVAC service technician experience EPA Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional appearance and communication skills The Kind of Person Who Succeeds Here We're looking for people who: Put customers first Take ownership and responsibility Show up on time and prepared Work well with others Are coachable and willing to learn Value honesty and integrity Want to be part of a positive team culture Compensation We are willing to pay for A-players. $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
