Responsibilities:
Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls. Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
Requirements:
2+ years of residential HVAC experience Develop a proven track record in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications Ability to work in a positive team environment Self-starter who can get the job done Develop a proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written communications Exceptional customer service Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today Ricky Heath is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
