Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Light Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join our team. This position involves servicing, maintaining, and installing light commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across a variety of job sites. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality work with integrity.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain light commercial HVAC systems Perform installations on new construction projects Work independently or collaboratively with other technicians and trades Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
Proven experience working on commercial HVAC systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with walk-in coolers and freezers Familiarity with small refrigeration systems and ice machines
Compensation:
Pay is competitive and based on experience. Our current technicians are salary and average 40-hour work weeks. Although our office is based in Newnan, GA, we are primarily seeking candidates located along the I-75 corridor, including Stockbridge, McDonough, Hampton, Locust Grove, Griffin, and nearby areas.
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
