Daily Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform mechanical maintenance on HVAC equipment Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Collaborate with team members on projects

Required Skills:

Experience with mechanical maintenance Knowledge of building construction Ability to read blueprints Familiarity with fire protection systems Journeyman plumber certification Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with refrigeration systems Knowledge of electrical systems Proficiency in brazing and piping

Salary and Benefits:
