Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards. Duties Install and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and refrigeration units. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to identify issues. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for testing electrical components and diagnosing problems. Conduct repairs on malfunctioning units, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed. Drive company vehicles to various job sites as required. Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in property maintenance. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Ability to plumb and perform basic electrical work related to HVAC installations. Experience in field service operations is advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
