Valid driver's license with excellent driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain military base access and other required credentials. Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely and up to 100 lbs occasionally; ability to work in demanding physical environments including kneeling, bending, climbing, and exposure to noise or hazards. RESONSIBILITIES
Equipment Service & Repair- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and industrial equipment. Equipment Installation
- Assemble, install, start up, and test new equipment at customer sites. Technical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and standard test instruments. Field Service Work
- Provide on‑site and in‑field service, including emergency repairs when required. Material & Parts Handling
- Prepare parts, rework kits, and shipments; manage local pick‑ups and deliveries. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate service records, equipment histories, trip reports, and expense submissions. Customer Interaction
- Build professional relationships with customer personnel and communicate service findings clearly. Vehicle & Workspace Care
- Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and work areas. Safety & Compliance
- Follow all EST safety procedures, operating standards, and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS EPA
Refrigerant Handling Certification (Universal or Type III). HVAC certification or associate degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC, industrial maintenance, or related technical fields. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronic systems. Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and technical manuals. Experience troubleshooting digital/analog circuitry and electric motors preferred. Proficiency with standard hand tools and test instruments. Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills. Dependable, organized, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
