What You Will Do:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams. Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory Properly complete paperwork. Join the on-call rotation. Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
What You Will Bring:
One or more years of experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude A willingness to learn and good attitude!
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
