This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with homeowners, identifying the best solution for their needs, and has the technical ability to complete the work or coordinate installations professionally. Perform preventative maintenance. Present repair and replacement options to homeowners. Sell HVAC replacements when appropriate. Complete installations when applicable. Perform start-up, testing, and system verification. Maintain accurate job notes using ServiceTitan. Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call.
